Firstly the product that I ordered was different from the one delivered to me, while I ordered it was in stock but same day they call me and tell me that the colour I ordered is not available, so they gave me other colour options, when I confirmed the colour over a call and WhatsApp they again send me the wrong colour black instead of grey., so I immediately called them and informed, they told me, they will exchange so they took the black colour as a return, but yesterday the customer service agent called and spoke so rudely that she told me I have to bear the courier charges for the return and plus they will not send me the exchange as well of grey colour, she didn't even allow me to talk and I had to disconnect the call out of frustration . Also the mistake was from their end from the beginning and now my money is gone wasted as they will not send my desired colour of the cover. Will never ever order from these people. There are much better and good quality cases available in the market.. 😡
